So ive seen lots of videos on how to install axles, and some about pulling them. I have my hub off but now trying to figure out what tool to use to pull it. I did see the video from Metalshaper on YouTube where he builds one but i dont have that material, tools, or welding skills, etc. to do that. Isn't there a tool already made out there? Seems as this is a gray area in available online knowledge.

I usually put the hub back on and screw the nut on several threads. Then you can use the hub as a slide hammer. It works for me most of the time.

Make sure you thread the nut on several threads so you don't take the threads off the end of the axle.

OTC tools makes a large slide hammer to pull out axles such as yours. Google axle slide hammer. I would think this tool could be borrowed from a flaps in your area.

worked PERFECTLY!!!! Thanks for that hot tip! I am sure there are times this wouldnt work if there was some major damage, but i my case my rig was ok rolling, just rebuilding from old PO work. I will keep my fingers crossed about other side.

Next hurdle is dealing with the pressing on and off of the bearings. And a follow up question on the bearings. They press on from the hub side right not the diff side?

Yep the bearing pulls off the outer end of the axle. You can see how it goes together in this diagram on the Kaiser Willys web site:
