Leaf spring, not lift ?

    Hey guys, as I'm sure you have read, I just replaced my steering box with a remanyed one. Now I notice I have a clunk coming from the frame. I looked down there and it is the leaf spring shifting back and forth on itself. How bad is this??? I need an excuse(reason) to order the 3" black diamond lift. Is my Jeep "safe" to drive like this, or is this a sign of worse things to come.
    I really appreciate all the insight. It is great to have a resource like this.
