    I had this problem the first time I took mine apart. The stuck cover took a couple days of Blaster and heat to come loose. When I put it back together I put a dab of RTV in all the threaded holes and coated the long bolt shafts with a little Anti-Seize. I hope to never have to take it apart again anyway.
