    Ive never had a closed knuckle axle before. are the wheel ends greased like a normal wheel bearing or is it lubed via the gear oil from the diff? From what i seen on the diagrams it looks to all be separate.

    wheel bearing are grease . hand packed
    knuckle . now there are many threads on "Knuckle pudding"
    diff . regular gear oil

    Are you asking about lubing the knuckle/kingpin? There is a fill plug on the back side of the knuckle 'sphere'...lube goes in the fill plug. What lube you put in might create more discussion than C19...search for knuckle pudding for lots of discussion, or JD cornhead grease, or I used a 00weight assembly grease (lubriplate type stuff) most recently as I didn't want to make knuckle pudding again, and found it just seem to separate and the oil leaked out anyway.....

    John Deere corn head grease is on Amazon and can pump through a grease gun with the tip removed.

    Yes it comes in a grease tube. I pump it in with the tip on .Seems to work OK
