Starter problems

    Hello,
    I am curious if anyone else has had this problem, or posibly a solution. I go through a lot of starters. I go thru a lot of fairly deep mud puddles and after every time I need a new starter. I've tried taking the starter apart before installing and putting silicone on any part that might let water thru. My next option is going to be spray foaming the whole thing. Anybody ever find a solution to this problem.
