Any auto parts place will have pre-flared brake tubes in assorted lengths. The trick is to get the right fittings on both ends, or pick up appropriate adaptors.

Some Jeep vendors may offer pre-shaped specific tubes, but it is a crap shoot getting exactly the right one.

If you do your own work it is well worth buying a double-flare tool kit, a roll of copper-steel tubing, and a bag of assorted fittings. make whatever you need, whenever you need it.

I believe Walcks carries the right replacement set for a tapered rear axle. I also think they make them in-house. I'd try calling Carl and see if he will sell you just the rear line you need.

Half the time I break them at exactly the same spot.

The other times they break at the other end.

The tubing is 3/16" diam. with a 3/8"-24 nut. Standard stuff for USA cars. Any parts store will have pre-terminated lengths. You can buy unions to join the standard lengths into something close to what you need. Be sure to get the right unions - "inverted double flare."
