Anyone on here have a 2 hole steering knuckle that will fit a Dana 25? Gathering parts for a steering conversion.

    Thanks

You might have better luck moving this request to the Flatfender classifieds at the bottom of the page, listing WTB.
The 2 hole knuckles are usually found on 1950s and 1960s Willys and Jeep wagons.

Wagoneers got a 2-hole knuckle. You might try a WTB on the Wagoneer forums, ifsja.org and fsjnetwork.com. Pretty sure a knuckle from any of the closed-knuckle Jeeps will work, as long as it has two holes. The Wagoneers had closed 27s and 30s (through 1973) and the J-trucks had closed 44s through '73.

I'm pretty sure early Scouts had them. You can check the Binder forums too.

I am working on the same project with Saginaw PS. I have correct length of tie rod but can't find the correct length of the drag link. Any suggestions.

There are several factors that are going to dictate the length of the drag link. Pitman arm length, steering box location, offset spacers from the frame etc. I’m not that far in my build yet, we are just now welding in the plates to box the frame and then I will be where you’re at. My thought was to find center of the steering box make sure your axle is straightforward and then pull a distance trying to use the same thread exposure the tie rod has. I am using dom tubing for my tire rod and drag link. I used 38 1/2 inches for my tire rod length. This doesn’t exactly answer your question but I hope this helps
