Springs. unusual question

    Hi. i want to order a set of springs but since i stay in Greece the shipping would be a little too much. I'm interested in Rancho springs or black diamond. So what i want to know is, if some one allready has them how much they weight to calculate the shipping to Greece.

    I had the Rancho 2.5" lift springs on my Jeep and they made it ride like a tank...They were so stiff I could barely make them flex by standing on them once I had them off the vehicle (I weigh in at 200 lbs.) If I remember, they are pretty heavy, maybe 60-65lbs. per spring pack. Hope this helps. I am not sure about the Black Diamond, maybe they are a little softer.

    Could you have springs made there in Greece?

    Custom springs might be cheaper than shipping (if available).

    Im runnign 2.5 lift ranchos as well, and with the wieght of the chevette and me jumping there isnt much movement to them.. id say 60 or so pounds a piece as well.

    I searched for custom made springs with no luck. A factory that i found is only for mass production. Maybe i'll start thinking of wrangler springs.
