Well, I'm about to start putting my axles back under my Jeep. I converted it to a double hole knuckle in the process. Now, I'm wondering what to do for tie rods??? What do you use for this setup??? I also might have an interference problem with the long tie rod that goes from knuckle to knuckle. I have a shackle reversal and I might not have enough room to fit the rod on the bottoms of the knuckles. Would it work if I drilled the tapers out of the knuckles and used heims with the tie rod on top of the knuckles? Anyone have any pictures of their setups? Thanks in advance

I Just completed my install of the 2 hole knuckle, sorry have not gotten clear pics of it yet. I used a tie rod flip insert from goferit

    http://www.goferitoffroad.com/products.htm

I bought theirs, then made my own to have the taper go a little shallower into the insert so I could get the rubber boot on. still have the one I bought.

I used it on the steering rod. I have a shackle reversal kit and 1" superlift springs. it looked close, but I was able to get the one piece tie rod into the original holes without a problem.

got the steering rod nearly parallel to the ground by doing all of this, results are a very good feeling steering system for a Rossbox...

will try to post a few pics later today.. :)
