Diff Oil Volumes?

    I have a Dana 44 and Dana 25. Right now my rear has an ARB cover (soon the 25 will), I am not sure how much oil they require. Both have lockers installed (if that matters?). Any ideas?

    a few quarts each? i get 90 wt by the five gallon bucket seeing as we have a fleet of jeeps and something always needs changing.

    Can you overfill? The ARB cover has a top dip stick and fill plug.

    Any TSM will give you the axle oil capacity. The '72 TSM lists 2.5 pints for the 30 and 3 pints for the 44. Should be in that neighborhood - they don't discriminate between a LSD or open.
