Front Seat Construction

    Front seat :shock::p

    I have an original rear seat and it is constructed as follows metal frame Springs burlap,a layer of horsehair a layer of a greenish fiber material, a layer of cotton batting then Wrapped in a layer of cheesecloth, then the vinyl material.

    Are the front seat constructed the same way?

    Also any idea what the greenish fiber material on top of the horsehair is :n:

    Mine had burlap/horsehair/really crappy green felt/(stitched batting/canvas)/vinyl.

    I replaced the burlap with light weight canvas & the horsehair/really crappy green felt/batting with heavy weight foam on the advice of an upholsterer.
