Looking for a bushing kit for the grille on a 72 CJ. Have seen a couple on Ebay that show for 76 and up but then in the compatibility it shows will fit a 72. A definitive answer would be nice before I put money into something that ends up not correct. Thanks.

It is the one coming down from the bottom going into what I would call the front crossmember though I don't think that is the correct nomenclature. It is a single bolt with both flat and 2 body washers. Thanks for the response.

That's just a standard body mount.
Should be 5/8th " rubber in stock configuration

From the parts book, it looks like it's all the same except for the bolt, and a big flat washer between the frame and rubber that the intermediates use. The parts book does not say how the bolt is different, but it's just a bolt. I would guess that the hole in the cross member on a '72-75 is larger, so the tube in the center of the bushing may fall through without the big washer. I would just get it - do you have the original parts? If you do, just reuse the hard parts and use the new rubber bushing(s).
