Welcome from a native UT Jeeper.

No help on the washer. Most early 5's didn't even come with that option. I'm sorta surprised your 69 did.

    It's on the list...

I actually have the bottle from an 80's CJ that looks like it would work to mount on the flat spot of the passenger fender. I'd need to come up with the rest of the system, though. Always figured to take a walk through the local pick and pull and get an entire system from one car.

Rubbermaid lemonade bottle and a remote 87 chevy blazer pump. With bent welding rod to hold it on the fender.

I actually have the entire setup from a later 70's model cj5, it fits fine on the inner fender just under the heater core. I don't have it on there now but I did test fit it and drill the holes in the fender for it to set. You can by the whole assembly pump and all from 4wd hardware for a decent price IIRC.

Was this not a common feature? I have the same washer on my 1970 cj-5 (bag on fender and pull knob.) I think the nozzle is stopped up on mine.

If I'm not mistaken the older JEEPS did not have any provision for the 'squirt'. This would be something that came late 60's.
