Clean bearing hub holes out thoroughly, run bottoming tap down to clean threads, clean and inspect threads again to make sure they are in good shape. Use red threadlocker to lock studs to bearing hub, let set up, install using nylock style locking hubs. Problem solved. The key is like DrDantelll said is for the first several uses check them to make sure the nuts are tight as the studs will stretch some and pull against the threads. Just like new axle U-bolts. After that should not be an issue. The key is prepping the bearing hub and making sure the studs are clean and dry before installation. Most people don't prep the threaded holes properly or the holes aren't concentric and that's why they have issues. Things like using a bottoming tap to clean the threads and holes instead of a taper tap makes a huge difference. Also making sure the studs are bottomed in the holes helps as well.

yeah, thats what I did. I just can't write it out like Nick. I also used some lacquerer thinner with the tap to clean out the grease.
