   Those are what I have been using for bushings. As for greasable bolts, I installed em. So far I have broken 2. I replaced all with grade 8 bolts and gave up. These weren't cheap bolts either, but made by M.O.R.E.
   
   As for removing he old bushings, I use a SawzAll.
