F134 Oil Filter Inlet Hose

My '62 CJ has a copper line that comes from the area where you show a draft tube, and the other end of that copper line is connected via a short rubber hose to a fitting on the intake manifold, directly below the carburetor. This is supposed to supply a negative pressure to the crankcase and keep explosive gases, etc. out of the area and burn them in the combustion cycle.
