My 57 CJ 5 has the original Dana 44 rear. I added ARB cover.
I haven't checked the level in over 2 years. Checked today.
    1) on the dipstick the level just touched the bottom. I thought I marked it to measure the normal amount, can't see the mark. Anyone know where the level should be on the dipstick? Can I over fill and cause issues? I am thinking it may need oil
    2) using Napa 80w-&5w-90 gear oil for Diffs and tranny (lockers installed) That ok?
    3) any use for Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer? Overkill?

    Thanks
    Paul
