    Is the clutch control lever and tube snug between frame and ball on the transfer case? It needs to be snug but not tight. That will show you where the transmission mount needs to be on the cross-member.

    Haha, no...I wish it was something dumb like that.

    I have a hydraulic clutch, so there is no lever or tube connecting the frame and transfer case.
