spark plugs

    Running the E3.52. I have noticed cleaner starts, seem to burn much cleaner, 'feels' better (you know what I mean), bit better mileage, they do last longer... Its like when you went from a regular plug to a premium and you could just feel and tell the motor was running better.

    I was going through a set of plugs every other year, I've had these in for five now and they are just fine. Checked them last weekend and they are still fine. Putting the drive train back in the '49 and that is what will be going in it as well.

    Thanks, Chuck! I'll be getting a set... What gap are you running? I've got the Pertronix, so a wider than standard gap is a given...

    There is no gap in those plugs. The design is a solid base with a loop to conduct the flame. It just shoots out the bottom for a hotter spark and more ignition.

    I noticed that last night when I bought a set for my daughters Miata... Interesting, a fixed gap! Had to order the ones for the CJ...
