Is crankcase vent hose available?

    I need to replace a cracked crankcase vent hose on my 1974 CJ5 inline 6 cyl 232. It's the inlet hose that goes from the air cleaner to the valve cover. It appears to be one molded piece that has an integral grommet on each end. The larger end, that plugs into a hole at the air cleaner and has some kind of filter material inside it. The other end is smaller and connects to the valve cover. I haven't had much luck finding one at the usual sources. Does anyone know where I might find one?
