soft top

    I bought a soft top for my 1967 CJ6 from JC Whitney. The advertisement said that it came with all of the hardware. That was what I needed because I do not have the frame to stretch the top over. Well, no hardware came so now I have the top but still no frame. Does anyone know where I cna get a frame for the top that will fit the CJ6?

    If the AD Description said hardware included, I'd be on them to make it right. The last time I looked at JC Whitney, it seemed like they were using other suppliers/stores to fill their orders. I've ordered from them in the past, but it's been years. They used to be very helpful.

    Any frame or hardware would be very specific to a particular top. I don't think you'd have much luck matching things up unless the parts came from the same source.

    What kind of top is it?
    The only CJ-6 top I know of that's currently being manufactured is a Bestop Tigertop.
    It should come with all hardware.

    Tiger top is all there is now. Contact Bestop if JCW won't help you. The top kit includes everything you need - bows, hardware, etc.
