'67 with Dauntless V6 and T86 3speed transmission. Finally getting to enjoy the ride but something doesn't seem right with the clutch. How can you tell if the throw out bearing is going out?

    Thank you
    RJ

Thank you, it doesn't seem to be doing that, however, it seems to be making some noise. I think I can rule out throw out bearing.

Do you have the clutch free play adjust properly? Do you have a clutch return spring installed?

Sometimes the noise will stop when the pedal is depressed - if so, see Walt's notes above. The bearing may be dragging and spinning when it should be idle.
