Does anyone know off-hand what the height of the dash is? I can measure tonight, but wanted to pick-up some diamond plate on the way home. Building a new instrument panel...

Yep! I am sick of looking at the PO's radio and speaker holes so I am making an instrument cluster with diamond plate. I'll have to cut some more of the dash away to make it work, but I am going to mount the oil pressure, temp, volt and ignition switch into it. It will be removeable so I can add more if I need to.

If I really like the look, I may (at a later date) remove the dash and take it to a metal shop and have the whole dash in diamond plate. ;)

Neither jeep has a title to it. I don't know what they were thinking when they bought them...

State of Ohio won't help unless there is a title. No one at the track knows how to get a title since these jeep have been push jeeps for eons

It's a shame too. Deb really likes the flattie.

I'm sure someone here that lives in a more liberal state *could* help a brotha out in getting a title. All a lot of states need to see is a notarized bill of sale with the VIN number on it...
After that it is a simple matter of transferring said title into your name in Ohio. ;)
