    I think that looks bad ***. *If* I was gonna modify a DJ body for long term use...i'd do it like that.

    Thanks. It was a lot of work. One of the tough parts with the sills was getting them to match up between two fixed points- namely, the doors and the original body.

    And that wasn't all I did, as the area below the windshield and above the cowl was rotted. Same with the rain gutters on both sides. Also, I cut the wheel wells back 3 or 4 inches for leg room. And totally re-worked the original single back door till I ended up with a fixed tailgate and a removable to portion. See? It just went on and on and I was learning the whole time.
