Ughghgh... I'm going through the same thing with UPS right now. Received an empty box that looked like it went through a tornado. I don't know how this stuff can happen. Do people working for the shipping companies really just not care at all?

 

Alot of em don't. Most of em are overpaid union workers that can't be fired. Our shipping dept got into it two days ago with our UPS driver picking up packages because he was just hucking them in the truck. Nasty words were exchanged and supervisors were called. He's been nicer at our place but he still doesn't give a rip. Just today I received a "Convert a ball" hitch ball and shank I ordered for the CJ-6 and two of the balls had managed to escape the package with a sticker over the opening much like Scott's. Small peanuts compared to your guys' losses but just another example of "who cares". Luckily I think Amazon or the dealer I bought it through is gonna take care of mine.
