Flat fender cage

M tech supply air over hydraulic bender. I went all out for safety, 1.75 main and 1.5 support. I have not finished the top/rear cross bars till i pick up more steel. All tig. Thinking of the 2.3 pinto swap to add hp but maintain stock axles. 45 MP frame and the body is a ??? Beat up from craigslist $500 ( dd a cowl and dash replacement from Kaiser. Hood, fenders and windshild I found at my dads house. Runs and the first outing is Saturday at Bullhead AZ. I'll add some more photos in tge daylight this weekend.

If I'm looking at it wrong. The upright behind the drivers seat looks like you would hit you head on it. (Thinking of your safety.)

 

My roll bar is set up like that currently (need to install new one). I hit my head at least 2-3 times every trip. Good point Scott.

 

Drove it all weekend with no clearance issues. Had a great time, Motors knocking a little bit but I guess I'll figure that out

Hope so, or other wise the more interesting trails might get uncomfortable.

 

What do the frame/body tie ins look like? Lets see the cross bracing!
