CJ5 - CJ6 "Step" bumper

    I have purchased a 1968 CJ6 that has a "Step" Bumper (made like a pickup bumper). It appears to have had a tire carrier attached to the bumper at one time. Has anyone seen this setup with the tire carrier mounted on the bumper, as I would like to fabricate a spare tire carrier as origional.
