I'm trying to find a fuel filler neck for my jeep to relocate the filler location. The PO had it routed up through the passenger rear fender with a cap but it was in the way of where I want to put my rear cage bars. I'd like to put something in like a 76+ CJ or YJ filler on the passenger rear side. I basically just need a filler neck to go with the filler grommet and then I can put a straight piece of tube to the tank. I just can't find a cheap filler neck anywhere. Has anyone done this or done something similar?

My 94 YJ has it on the driver's rear right behind the license plate. I don't think that will work for you if the stock pass/rear is in the way. Perhaps earlier YJs were different though, I really don't know.

As mentioned, cruise your local pick-a-part yard and look for alternatives.
