1970 cj5 renegade I restoration/rebuild

i would replace with repro tub or a fiberglass tub if your going to keep it around. i thought that bfg stopped making the 33-10.5's those are good tires in the 10.5. or maybe i'm thinking the mud t/a's? i run 33-12.5 mt/r's they do wander but not that bad. i run a full fiberglass tub with fiberglass fenders and my jeep weighed 2200 lbs with a set of super swamper ltb's on it. and they were heavy!
i would have to agree on the 12 circuit painless wiring harness. they are nice compared to the stock harness.

 

Bf Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO 33X10.5R15 114R should work with the 15x8 and the 2.5 + .5 lift. Some avail on amazon... I will look around a bit more and make sure that is what I want. It is strange doing this so quickly...

Awesome! Another Ren 1 is saved. I have one that my brother found under a tarp in a friends back yard about 4 years ago. Completely stock & unmolested with 20,000 on the ticker. It had the white spokes with bias ply tire & I have since put on Kelsey Hayes 15x8 with BFG 31/10.50 TA's. My brother & I are officially owners 3&4.
