Is there a torque spec for the bolt that holds the top of the master cylinder? Specifically, a stock dual cylinder on a 1970 CJ-5.

Snug is what I figured. I noticed that the cover plate flexes easily, and with a small socket, it seems like I could keep going, but it's not necessary.
