Stock height shackles...beating a dead horse I know...

    I did the same.

    A large "C" clamp and a craftsman socket was all I used to press them in.

    Cool. I have all the bushings sitting in the freezer and I am going to clean out the spring eyes and shackle hangers with some sandpaper then warm them up with the mapp gas torch so they should not be too hard to tap in. Hopefully the weather is good tomorrow and I can get them done and get back to having a rolling frame.

    ok.... so stock length shackles are 2.75"? is that bolt hole to bolt hole or total length of the shackle? i'm wanting to get a set from mike and wanting to know the right way to measure to give accurate measurements for him to make mine.
