Hum looking at the fron end seem like you have 0 degree of caster, how the jeep handle on the road?

Also did you thing about putting a drain plug on the bottom of the diff cover?

I'm sure it's the angle and location of pic that makes it appear to have zero degrees of castor. It runs as good as it can for a jeep down the road. I have not thought about a drain plug on the bottom of cover. I plan on going over rocks etc and don't want to take a chance of hitting the plug, plus the stock cover didn't have a drain plug.

Turns out, Jeeps aren't cheap to build up....lol I bought the Goferit tie rod flip only to find out that drilling the knuckles require them to be removed and drilled by press or mill. In the process of dismantling the hubs the aluminum was falling apart and axle u joints are worn. I decided to buy new locking hubs, axle kit and bearings. Who knows what is next..... :)

I could drill on vehicle, but it would require a special built drill bit guide to keep bit from wobbling hole out. I will keep progress and info coming.

Tore the drivers side knuckle assembly apart, sand blasted pieces and drilled knuckle for tie rod end sleeve. Working on passenger side now.....

Thanks...yes, the steering support is from extreme custom fab. I still have a ton of odds and ends before I get to start, but I will have updates.

Seperated hubs from rotors, bought all the wheel bearings and races, then took rotors to Napa Auto to have them turned. Still waiting on G2 tosto ship my axles.
