installed the Summit heater last weekend following the advice of so many on this forum. The instructions say it is important to make sure the heater hoses are correctly attached so the coolant flows into the connection marked as the inlet. They suggest heating can be reduced by up to 25% if hooked up backwards. however, I wasn't able to find any marking to tell which connection is the inlet. Does anyone know which connection is the inlet?

I am also attaching a photo of the 108 amp 12si alternator I installed in the past couple weeks. My Autopal H4 headlights are noticeably brighter.

I hate to bring up an old thread, but I am looking for an alternator for my dauntless 225. I want a 12si like the one here. What year vehicles fit the mount on my 225? Will it come with the v belt pulley? thanks guys.
