Harmonic balancer Q's

    Ok.. the old harmonic balancers on these old jeeps ain't much to look at and probably don't work real well so got me to wonderin', ATI shows them for the 231 which I would assume to be an Even fire. Which also makes me wonder is the 225 internally or externally balanced? What about the 231? HAs anyone used an aftermarket balancer and which one, where'd ya get it etc....

    If my memory serves correctly. The 225 was externally balanced and the 231 was internal. But it may be the other way around. R)

    I know they're not the same.

    I found some at TA performance.. kinda spendy but I think it's worth it.. especially with all the weird harmonics in the 225..
