    GOTCHA -- I was thinking that this might be a problem. I used to always park on a hill, push off, jump in. pop the clutch and start. Now I can afford decent batteries.

    That's pretty cool.
    A friend of mine has an old medical book that has the term "Fordson Fracture" in it. Its used to describe the particular way your arm fractures when handcranking goes bad.... named after the Fordson tractor

    I've done that on tractors.. never a very comfortable thing to do..
