I striped my tub completely down and hauled it down to Maaco and cost $600...that was changing the exterior color, and then painting the inside...

Another quick note on shackles....can't have them with to much lift or you extend your shocks to their limit...that happened when I put mine back...
I put a ProComp 2.5" lift, and it came with the U-bolts (the correct ones, even the odd one on the front passenger side), rear shims, shocks...

Are you using the puller that attaches to the lug bolts, did you pull the cotter pin...if you have the cotter pin out and the axle nut off then...
