new tank! 16 gallon. just have to do a bit more trimming to get it to fit. it will fit perfect between the frame rails.

I hope you don't experience any sag in that crossmember now that you have cut out almost all of the cross-sectional strength of it. That SM465+D18+parking brake is a lot of weight.

it didnt sag at all when i applied weight, i am going to tack one more piece across the front. kind of box it in, that should keep it strong.

that crossmember gets hammered when wheeling....even with the skid attached......I'd beef it up a bunch

Plan a piece across the rear as well, along with a drain hole. The loads on this cross member are not insignificant.

I like the clutch cable setup is it something you put together? The build is looking good.

yep, the clutch set up came like this when i bought it. i just had to make some minor adjustments to make it work. thank you. i've had so much on my plate my jeeps been getting dusty! i plan to start working again real soon.

Ok, I'm back! got married and had a baby boy, whew. now i'm ready to start working on this jeep again. I drilled out the spindle to accept these tie-rod inserts. goferitoffroad.com has them so you can flip your tie rod. i also ordered my heavy duty tie rod and drag link from bigdaddyoffroad.com. the drag link was a little to long so my buddy cut it down and all we have to do is tap it. once i weld the the lip of the inserts i can mount and set up the tie rod. got all the brakes components cleaned, new pads and calipers ready to go. i need to get some braided lines so i can finish it up.
