One more try

 

This is from Tuesday so a few days old but, I always wanted to try a little of the sand drag look. So, I threw some old spent 12.50s on the back of the jeep. Not quite what I was going for but almost. Maybe some 14.50s would get me there. Swamper Boggers would give the paddle tire look.

Then I hooked up the trailer and did some yard cleanup before the rain.

That is all.

 

Just picked up a very rusty 58 fc. Already got it torn down. Lots of welding ahead.

A little further - frame finally painted. Part of body primed, dash with final color. Working on finishing seat to cage mounts, rear tire mount, etc.

Thanks, PO did the restoration, I'm just the maintainer, but given the lack of scratches I think they are powder coated

Today was the day for the semi-annual cleaning of the Jeeps whether they needed it or not (they did).

Between the rains storms turning everything to mud and the dust when it dries out, they should be dirty again by the end of next week.
