Your jeep is looking super. How about painting one of the minibike frames to match?

Thanks bud! Its still running strong. Over the past 5 years iv only had to do a few things. I rebuilt the rusted crossover exhaust pipe and replaced the leaky brake master cylender. both of which wernt done when i did the rebuild. I also added sway bars front and rear. I had a bit of a scare with the clutch last weekend it was slipping but turned out to be the lincage sticking. I also have a few broken leaf springs in the back but im going to prolong replacing them as long as i can because I dont want the lift that comes along with new springs. So maybe ill just find another used set at the junk yard

Well turns out the clutch is bad. Still slipping. I guess ill pull the trans since i dont have an engine hoist. Its going to be a treat wrestling those out of there and back in.

I got it all pulled apart. Turns out mouse nest got thrown out and shimmed up the fingers so it couldnt get full pressure on it. Theres still a little life left in the disc but ill replace the set. My brother can use the old disc in his camaro. Freakin mice! Also looks like the front bearing retainer on the tranny is leaking thats probrobly the cause of my skid plate being covered in oil so ill try and seal that up

I got a Luk one. I would have got a Sachs but the pictures they have the throwout bearing doesnt match and some of the specs are a little off. It may just be a generic pic but i didnt want to take a chance. Also the luk doesnt come with the pilot bushing but my brother had one I can use. its just a standard gm part anyway theyre easy to get

I got it all back together. What a pain in the ***! I pulled it out like 3 times because the pedal wouldnt move. It installed hard so I thought something must be off. Had to cinch it down with the bolts to pull it in. But it turned out to be just the throwout fork wasnt seated on its ball it was pushed in too far so it bound up on the bearing. I also put a new fork boot on it so the mice should be able to get in anymore. Hopefully I wont have to do that again for a long time. I had an offer to buy it today. I said if you made an offer yesterday I would have sold it lol I was so frustrated
