Is this an original JEEP wheel?

It is a 16 with 6.50 width tire on it. It was free so I can't complain. The guy had 3 spares and gave me the oddball one. I know the other two were off a 2a but I'm not sure about this one. The bolt pattern is correct.

    Nope.

I may just get rid of it. All of my rims are 15's and I want a good matching spare.

they are always looking for combat rims on G503.com. I imagine that you could easily trade or sell it there in the MB forum.

The rare and desirable WWII combat rim? Aren't those worth a couple hundred bucks?

I don't think I'd let it get away very easily, but I'd also clean it up....I'm anal that way.

As am I. I've been really busy since I got it on Tues and haven't had a chance to clean it up.. I can tell it is in really good shape but just has about 3 colors on it. I found a little OD green on the back and started to wonder. I guess I should have known what it was. It isn't a free Unimog like Windyhill got but I can't complain. I need to try and buy the guy's JEEP next.

    R) Hey, Any one of us would have done the same thing. I wondered if you would see this. I'm glad it is in good hands, but I'll trade you a WW2 combat rim for it. I won't even ask for any boot. You cant think about it. :)

If the outer bolts are in good shape, you can get $150.00+ for that rim. Alot of people need one for a spare. If inside it has the metal beadlock in good shape , that is also a plus. But I wouldn't break the rim apart to look. You cannot take the tire off without seperating the halves.
I wish I had something to trade you for it.
