I've been offored this intake for my 360 for 100$

I would like to know if there something i can do with this.

Also i don't have any 4bbl carb and i like to know if popular carb like the avenger will fit on this.

    I'd pass.

It's an oddball pattern and the price is way, way too high. Boat anchor.

These manifolds only fit the Motorcraft 4350 spread-bore carburetor that came on them. Adapters do exist (though you'll have to search to find one - and they are not cheap).

If you want an iron AMC 4V manifold, look for one with the square Holley pattern. That will work with the Holley and Edelbrock carbs with no adapter needed. The square pattern was used on earlier engines, ca 1973 and earlier. Try the want ads on the Wagoneer or AMC car sites.

This is the manifold you want:

The selling it just told me he got some kind of adaptor plate to get to the square hole.

but as i can see the some différence on the picture you put timm on my pic, there is two hole at the right of the Pcv valve, what is that for?

    EGR.

Aftermarket adapters to make that spread-bore manifold work with a Holley exist. However, they are hard to find. Search the archives at www.ifsja.org and you will probably find a name and part number. Or have the seller find it for you. You need an adapter from the Motorcraft 4350 spread-bore pattern to the Holley square bore pattern. The Rochester spread-bore pattern adapter will not work.

$100 is way too much for that manifold. Believe me, it's a boat anchor.

Get the early manifold that has no EGR and the square Holley pattern. They are out there, and for $100 you should be able to find one. Or spend a little more and get an aftermarket manifold.

Of what's available, that manifold is the worst choice.

Huh. "Offered" means you have not bought it yet... so I misunderstood.

    Well, all is not lost.

    You need this now. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/trd-2199

Your manifold with the TRD2199 adapter will work as well as the earlier manifold. You'll need to block off the EGR port if you do not have an EGR valve.

Or, you could run the spread-bore Holley shown above. I had not known of that. I would worry that it has the same issues that other street Holeys have on the trail, ie they don't run on steep hills and off-camber. The factory Motorcraft 4350 is an ok carburetor, if you get a good one, and it works well on the trail.

The quadrajet will also fit that manifold wont it? The quadrajet is a spreadbore. Any 4brl spreadbore should fit it shouldn't it? Just incase you didn't know, the spread bore has smaller holes in front and larger in the rear, like in your pic, and the square bore all the holes are the same size, like tims pic.

    Nope. Different.

Just looking at the Holley that Rick linked to, It's clear that it will not fit. Look at the distance between the primaries. I suspect the Holley is the same pattern as a Rochester (ie Quadrajet).

So you're stuck with the 4350 from a Jeep or a Ford/Lincoln, or an adapter.

On their website here the description

This carburetor adapater kit fits square flange carburetors to quadra-jet 4-barrel intake manifolds and is 3/4" thick with an open center, square bore to spread bore.

So it's a adapter to get from square bore to spread bore, can i just reverse it so i will adapt the spread bore to the square bore ?

The adapter passages are tapered to make the carb bores on top blend into the ports on the manifold. If you flip the adapter over, you will mess up the port alignment as the tapered sides are concerned. This is only one difference that I see. Look at the picture you posted of the adapter and look inside the packaging and you will see the tapered sides of the bores. Maybe I'm wrong but that's how it appears to me.

    Where are you reading?

This is from the Mr. Gasket site I listed above.

This carburetor adapater kit fits square flange carburetors to quadra-jet (my emphasis) 4-barrel intake manifolds and is 3/4" thick with an open center, square bore to spread bore.

You are asking the wrong question. You need to adapt to Motorcraft/Autolite spread bore patern, not the Quadrajet pattern. They are different.

An adapter for a Quadrajet will not work. If you do not believe me, ask on one of the Wagoneer or AMC car sites.

Maybe someone else here can help explain this so you can understand it.

And ... what are you doing getting advice from the seller? He already took you for many times what that manifold is worth.

Pictures always explain better, even better when side by side. Take a look here:

I understand, at least i got it in a package deal, for 250$ i got a brand new delco distributor for my amc v8, got a set of offset wheel (going to convert to bedlock) and a lot of front axle part for my scout dana 44.

OK, lots of confusion in this thread.
First off, the spread bore AMC Ford carb is different from a spread bore anything else. Qjet or Holley spreadbore will NOT work on that intake. The adapter pictured above will NOT work. The Transdapt 2199 that Timgr provided a link to is the only adapter I know of for the Ford spreadbore carb.
There is a cheap way out..a standard Holley or Edelbrock 4bbl carb will bolt directly on that intake. The bolt pattern is the same. The primary throttle bores will line up directly. The secondary bores wont. The use of a 1/4 thick heat insulator type gasket will allow enough clearance for the secondaries to open. Obviously, this isn't ideal, as airflow will be somewhat restricted on the secondary side. But, it'll work, I've done it before.

This seems like what my brother is going through with his 56 ford customline. He had a 2brl intake on it and bought a stock 4brl intake off ebay for it. I figured he could use my old holley, wrong!!! The holley was huge when placed on the intake and in no way was going to fit. The pics above of the two carbs side by side are similar to what he encountered. After some research it seems he is limited to just a couple carbs unless he gets aftermarket intake. I apologize for saying any spreadbore should fit yours.
