Clutch wont disengage ???

    nickmil In mothballs.

Thick part of hub goes toward the pressure plate assembly. Thinner part towards the flywheel. What happens is the thicker part if towards the flywheel hits the retaining bolts or flywheel and cannot disengage causing the transmission input shaft to be driven even if the clutch pedal is pushed down, even if the linkage is adjusted correctly.

Thanks guys. I looked on both sides before installing it and didn't see any direction designation.

On posts #32 and 33 in my T15 rebuild thread (http://www.earlycj5.net/forums/showthread.php?97064-T15-rebuild/page4) I concluded myself that this side goes toward the pressure plate. It looks like the thick side you say is the correct orientation, correct? Knowing me, I switched it before installing.
