Tera-Low/D18 mods

    I have a 3 1/8" D18 with a Warn OD. What modifications would be required to install the Tera-low 3.15 gears? Would/could the Advance Adapters shaft kit be installed as well?

    I do believe you will have to do a bit of grinding on the small index case. I do not recall having to do any grinding on the D20 case I used. To use the AA kit, you will have to have someone machine the TeraLow intermediate gear for the races-they come with the stock needle bearings. I couldn't find anyone local that wanted to do that machining.

    You will also need a special input for the overdrive. Iirc Hermtheoverdriveguy has them.
