T90c Question?

    I have been reading about the T90A and T90C transmission and in this thread on the CJ2A page it talks about the shift from 2nd to 3rd is pretty bad if you are running 5.38s in your axles.

    T90a to T90c...need for clarification

    The T90C has a bit lower 1st gear. This essentially makes wider ratios than the T90A. Each gear has a little more gap with the wide ratio version. I have had both transmission versions with 5:38 gears and really never notice the difference. You can tell the difference with 4:27 gears, but its pretty subtle, and only notice when pulling away from a stop in 1st.
    I would use whatever version you have with the best parts condition.
