You will need this for the front and the rear of the T150 is for the D20 not the D18 or D300.

Note that the T-150 was only offered with the AMC engines, and was paired with the Dana 20.

The T-150 was built for Jeep by Tremec. It is a (presumably licensed) copy of the Ford 3-speed used in Ford passenger cars, adapted to the Dana 20. Unlike the Borg-Warner transmissions, the T-150 does not share oil with the transfer case, and has a seal between the two units. The seal rides on the output gear, and the output gear only matches a Dana 20.

To use with a Dana 18, you must use the matching output gear. The T-150 main shaft has 6 splines, so there is a gear that will fit. However, I do not know what will happen if you leave out the seal. Oil will transfer, and that may be ok, but I don't know for sure.

The front of the T-150, being a Ford transmission, has the Ford butterfly pattern, which should be compatible with GM bellhousing. The stickout is short, and you would not need the Jeep adapter between the bell and the transmission. This will probably make the whole combo a bit shorter than the original, so you will likely need to adjust the driveshaft lengths, shifter locations and crossmember location.

Novak has this article which should apply - The Novak Guide to the Adapting Ford Style Transmissions to GM Engines though they also show an adapter specifically for the T-150 that Walt pictures above. Adapting the Chevrolet & GM Standard Shift Bellhousings to the Jeep T150 Transmission

Not impossible, but far from a bolt-in.
