Well, its been awhile since I been on the forum. The willy's had issues and now it's time to get it fixed

First issue: radiator is crap, and I measured the overall dimensions as 28 1,/2 × 20 3/4 width... its crossflow ..

Second: which clutch? It's 10 1/2 " disc, and its a sm420 with a dauntless, its a diaphragm pressure plate. Six bolts I believe.

Third: one pushrod is bent, so, I'm thinking TA performance.

Four: valve stem seals, they aren't included in a gasket set, so is this TA performance also? Thank you, Chris

The title's got me confused. Are you swapping the dauntless for something? The body sounds like you're fixing specific known issues and so implies keeping the dauntless.

Thanks JP. Do you have a part number? Or what application? I thought gm trucks are 11 or 12 inch disc

JP, ordered the luk clutch kit yesterday. Thanks for the help.

What radiator did you use for your jeep? I talked to champion radiator, and they have something close. It's not tall enough.

The push rods are solid steel and if you have a good straight steel plate you can easily straighten bent push rods. I have done several with no problems.

Hey walt, I was thinking about that as well. I believe it was number 6 intake pushrod. The rocker arm assembly is a little scuffed up too, but doesn't look cracked.

I have in my records (haven't bought one) that a champion 6571 or 7071 should work, although not an exact match so you may have to adjust bracketry.

That's a jeep radiator.. mine looks like a gm crossflow.
Has anyone used the universal gm radiator from speedway? It looks very close.. not sure if its saddle mount

Pardon my ignorance, but what would the difference be? A radiator is a radiator, isn't it?

Yes - don't get too attached to cross flow vs traditional - I have both for various reasons. Focus on the flow area you need to cool (size and cores) - construction - mounting - hose placement - fit. The other will just fall out based on what you find that meets your needs.
