I have a 1975 CJ 5 with a 258 I6. How do I know if it has H.D. cooling or not??? I'm looking to put in a fan shroud and they give the option. It hasn't had one since I bought it, but I think it could use one.
    Thanks

I'm not certain. but it may mean the difference between a 2 and 3-row radiator. It could also mean a fan shroud or a different fan. Even if your Jeep didn't have heavy duty cooling, the shroud will still fit.

    yep, what Tim said
typical HD cooling back then from factory was maybe a larger 3 row, higher number of blades on the fan (5 vs 7), shroud, and a fan clutch
