Haven't done to many work this week but i'm working on fiting the Fuel cell (about 20-23 gal). I don't have to much clearance between tank and axle pumpking (about 6 inch) so i will need to put a bump stop just over it so it won't it the fuel cell. I'll need to modify my sub frame so i'll be able to put a fuel cell a little higher.

Summit racing came in today with my filter relocation. Tomorow i'll have a little visit to Napa to get an fiting and ss braided hoze.

On friday i've been at a hydrolic shop to fit my broncos 1979 steering box to saginaw pump but they doesn't have the fiting.

Need to find a way to adapt 11/16 inverted flare to the pump on my cj5, i did not find yet the size that goes into the saginaw pump, does any can help me out on this?

here's a picture of the steering box, never seen one like this but i love the location of it. But i needed to modify my radiator, the output was hiting the steering box so i bring the radiator to a specialize shop, they will move the output so there will no need to modify anything else :)

Ok just get my radiator back. i need to modify the output on the bottom of it, it was on the way of the steering box (now on top of frame).

Here's some pic for those who like to do the contour/mystique fan swap. Has you can see, it's the perfect size, the shroud cover all the radiator.

To mount the radiator i just weld three stud on the outside lip of the radiator. I just drill a hole into the Oem mounting point of the cooling fan.

    And hop

I've been running this set-up for two year now and i love it . For electrical i've gone to the simple way, just took the oem connector of the fan, then i plug them with two 30 amp contactor and two 30 amp breaker, and i have two switch in the dash so can control them seperatly.

Every time I see your jeep , makes me want to change to coil overs.

On your fans... all that space where the fan is not covering the radiator ?

You should run 8 or smaller or 6 medium or 4 medium/large fans that cover the whole radiator.

EX. if you run one 14-16 inch fan radiators , you should run four to six , 7 or 8 inch , depending on you radiator measurements you can get more cfms and get more radiator coverage '

If yor radiator is say...23 inch wide and 17in tall you should run six 7 inch or four 10 or 11 inch..

Wish I had a better camera I would show you mine .bahh ill snap some anyways

I run four, 7 inch, and its like a wind tunnel . I had a single 14 may have been a 16 , inch and it runs a solid 20 degrees hotter then the quad 7s

I run two fans on each 35 amp switch, they are 15 amps each

    PS.
And always remeber .(this is for anyone who dose not know, Fans a way more efficent at pulling air then pushing air

I'm curious to see you're set-up post some picture here i really like to see :)
I'm not sur what you say? do you mean to add some smaller fan between the shroud and radiator where there's no fan covering the radiator?

For coil over i can't say anything but going from leaf to coil was a huge improvement, jeep handling improve a lot and it's way smoother on the trail, i won't ever come back to leaf even if my plan was to run it only on the road. I don't know yet what i'm gonne do but i would like to put fox shock 2.0 on the jeep.

I went with blue fans instead of black fans to accent the 10 mm blue plug wires

Nice rig, you have a big engine in there, you may need more cooling capacities than a stock 360 like mine, with the contour fan i never had heatng problem, it's stay a 190 degree even on the hottest day.

    Just adding

I just measured the old fan , it was 17 inch and 2400 cfm

    and my 4 7 inches are 1850 each= 3700 cfm

correction 1850 each pair, 950 each
