I have a hydromatic 350 connected to a Dana Spicer 18 transfer case. What I've read is the transfer case in neutral could turn the output shaft of the transmission so I"m wondering if I should keep the tranny in park and transfer in neutral. Park on a 350 locks the output shaft which makes me not want to do this. Does it really matter with an automatic? I would rather have both in neutral.
