So I went and picked up another old warrior today--got it home and started a good once over.

Imagine my surprise when I looked and saw a Kaiser of Canada tag under the Jeep tag--I had no idea they made them there until today!!

The best I can tell it had a fHead 4 (that's the only thing missing besides the seats)
And it's a 67--I believe as the the vin is 8305 c14 230xxx. The trans also has a build casting of 67 on it.

So how rare are they?? My intention when I saw the ad was to transplant a dauntless drivetrain out of a good running 67 you can throw a cat thru in many places (very rusty) into it.

But if it's rare I do have a rebuilt fHead on a pallet.

That's one of those deals where the cool factor is there of course, but just being an old Kaiser Jeep is where the cool factor really is. If it was mine I would put the F-head in it just to keep it original. That would up the cool factor by a bunch too.

Thanks for the replies!!! I wasn't aware the Canadian CJ-5s had an extra tag. If you locate that tag I'd like to see it.

Found it. Note the VIN tag still says Toledo Ohio.
